Andalusian culture particularly values gastronomy. Our chef is fully aware of this fact when looking for inspiration to develop his recipes. However, it is our carefully-selected and locally-grown raw materials that shine bright above every other aspect of our cuisine in the restaurant La Finca.
In our recipes you’ll find artisan olive oil, fresh tuna from Barbate or the amazing produce of local Castellar de la Frontera farms. Taste orange juice straight from the tree; it’s as simple and yet as astonishing as that.
And when our own environment doesn’t provide the produce we are looking for, the restaurant La Finca trust top-quality sources such as “Las Coruñesas” for fish from the north, “Cárnicas Sáenz de Vitoria” with its mouth-watering meats, coupled with wines from our well-stocked cellar.
Within our wine list you will be able to discover well-chosen wines with delightful scents and flavours from a number of Spanish regions. Our bars and the restaurant La Finca also boast an extended list of national and international speciality beers.
